How to Deposit

To deposit funds into your Bybit account, follow the instructions below:

  1. Click "User Dashboard" from the left-hand menu.

  2. Select "My Assets" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click "Deposit"

Note: You can deposit funds using the Arbitrum One network chain. Before making a deposit, make sure your non-custodial wallet has selected the correct network chain, as this will determine the network chain to which you will be depositing your funds.

  1. Select the account you want to deposit to (e.g. derivative account).

  2. Enter the amount of USDT you wish to deposit.

  3. Click "Approve"

Note: If your Bybit account type is UTA, please select "Unified Account" as the deposit option.

  1. A pop-up window will appear in your Metamask wallet, requesting permission to access your USDT. Click "Confirm" to proceed.

  1. After that you need to click "confirm" to proceed the deposit.

After clicking on the confirm button for deposit, please ensure that you do not click it again while the transaction is being processed.

  1. Another pop-up window will appear in your Metamask wallet, asking you to confirm the transaction. Click "Confirm" to complete the deposit.

  1. Wait for 1 to 5 minutes for the transaction to be processed and check the transaction status in your Metamask Activity to see if the transaction was successful or not.

If the text displays a Green Date, it means that your deposit transaction has been successfully completed.

If the text displays a Red "Failed" word, it means that your deposit transaction has failed, and you need to repeat the deposit process.

  1. Alternatively, you can check the transaction status through the "User Dashboard" > "My Asset" > "History

  1. If the Status shown "-" with HxID, means your transaction has been completed.

  2. If there is no record of your deposit in the transaction history, it means the deposit has failed. You need to repeat the deposit process.

Reminder:

-Please ensure that you have sufficient $ETH on the Arbitrum One chain to cover the gas fees when deposit your $USDT funds.
