Login to your exchange, then go to asset, click withdrawal, then select "USDT"
Paste the wallet address copied from your Metamask wallet.
Select the type of chain, such as Arbitrum One.
Fill in the amount you would like to withdraw.
After confirming all the information, click "Submit" to proceed with the deposit to your Metamask wallet. It may take a few minutes to complete the transaction.
